7 days to go... Special Thanks and Acknowledgements

I have 7 days until I leave. I've been asked if I'm excited. Truthfully, I imagine deep down inside I am but I have not really had the time to focus on how I feel internally. Most of my focus has been on the detailed aspects of the project: coordination, gathering of supplies, sponsor relations, fundraising, training and still working as a staff photographer and photo editor for ART AND LIVING MAGAZINE.  I am fortunate to have a very good group of people who have shown me love and support while making the necessary preparations for this project.

I'd like to take a moment and thank the following people.

My Mother, Amalia Rosenblum Baker,  from a very young age you taught me that all is possible in the world if you have faith in yourself, God, and a little bit of patience and determination.  Thank you for teaching me the importance of giving back to the world and volunteerism. You have shown me and my siblings the importance of giving back to the world. Thank you for always embracing me with your love.

Chryssanthie Rapsomaniki. You have been my constant angel in this project. Reminding me how important what I am doing is and consistently encouraging me to enjoy the process and allow things to fall in place the way they are meant to be. Thank you for being a beacon of light and hope.

William Rudy Rosenblum.  Your encouragement is unfaltering.  And the courage that you have in life is an inspiration to us all. Thank you for reminding me that true strength is shown sometimes by being the most quiet person in the room and observing.

Harumi Yoshiike. You have been my Fairy Godmother through this project.  Thank you for aiding me throughout the project and connecting me with the right people here and abroad.  You have made a crucial difference in this project. Thank you.

Zy Baig.  You have been a true mentor and friend. Thank you for your guidance and patience.  Thank you for holding my hand through some of the rough patches and reminding me that this project is bigger than me but I am a necessary component for it's success. Your inner strength and humility is a true reflection of the best that the world has to offer.

Mary Karatza. Thank you for your inspiration and your support. I cannot begin to tell you how much I admire you and what the Switch and all the organizations you've created to help the people of Greece and the world inspire me.  Thank you.

Sonia.  Thank you for your spiritual guidance and love. You are very much like a second Mother to me. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that you are in my life. Thank you.

If you have time please look at some of these people's links. They are quite amazing. I am very fortunate to have these 7 Angels working by my side and supporting NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN.
