Training and 10 Days before I leave

So it's official in 10 days I will be in Japan. These last two weeks are crucial as far as preparation goes...

Training of course comes first... Below are some pictures. Some of you might recognize the hill... Runyon Canyon. Marie and I walk, hike, run it  almost every day.  Below are some pictures of me with most of my gear.

Marie and I coming down Runyon

Calls are going to Japan daily now to focus on the project, fundraising is still going as well, I have a raffle online.  There are things that I still need for the trip if anyone is interested in donating.  Money is always necessary for these projects. For the cost of a Movie, you can cover my food for almost two days.

Well I have to run, Thank you again for all your support and belief in me.

  1. I am glad that you says "NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN" about the disaster. Thank you so much. I was born in Yamada in Iwate, the totally destroyed town on 3.11. I have lost 2 uncles, one cousin and some of my friends there by the tsunami on 3.11. I am going to visit and stay in my hometown Yamada from August 8th - 20th. I will leave Yamada before you would reach there. Cheer Up, Mark! And thank you so much!!
